Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team at T2M Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
  2. Financial Reporting: Design and implement financial reporting processes, including the development of financial statements, management reports, and other financial information.
  3. Financial Systems: Lead the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, including SAP ECC6/SAP S4 HANA/SAP BW/SAP SAC.
  4. Team Management: Manage a team of financial analysts and reporting specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and other business units.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA) with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering financial planning and analysis projects.
  3. Skills: Excellent SAP ECC6/SAP S4 HANA/SAP BW/SAP SAC skills, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  4. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing financial analysts.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
