About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiographer to join our team at GenesisCare, specializing in Mammography. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of driving better life outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mammography studies by positioning breasts and maintaining production and quality of mammograms in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure the operation of mammography equipment by completing preventive maintenance and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Keep mammography supplies and patient drapes ready by inventorying stock and maintaining personal networks.
Requirements
  • Experience in/understanding of UK diagnostic radiography.
  • Desirable: Varied experience within all aspects of radiography, including general, CT, MRI, and US.
  • Experience in the private health sector.
  • Experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily.
  • Some knowledge of report writing.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • DCR (T) or BSc (Hons) in Radiography (or equivalent).
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
