About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Leader to provide clinical leadership to the Inpatient Wotton Lawn Hospital based in Gloucester.

This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of NHS policies and procedures, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior clinical leadership to Dean Ward, working with medical colleagues, the wider multidisciplinary team, and patient supporting systems.
  • Exercise Responsible Clinician responsibilities in accordance with the Code of Practice, including providing written and oral evidence at Mental Health Act Managers' Meetings and Review Tribunals.
  • Supervise and consult with others, providing direct patient contact and consultation services.
