Role Overview:
We are looking for a committed and skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to contribute to our mission.

The successful candidate will focus on enhancing the educational experiences of students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the individualized support necessary for their success.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute tailored education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Modify teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the varied needs of students.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, support personnel, and families to track and promote student development.
  • Stay informed about best practices and advancements in SEN education.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and secure learning atmosphere.


Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience in SEN.
  • Strong knowledge of various SEN conditions and effective instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
