Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profits.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, volunteers, and colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Manage store operations, including stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising, to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, with a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of volunteers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
