We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Elite Hotels. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and repair all aspects of the hotel's physical infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • To respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, and to provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all services and facilities are working as expected.
  • To identify and report any maintenance or repair issues, and to implement solutions to prevent future problems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including electrical and carpentry work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
