Training and Development

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone and in-person at the service counter regarding equipment issues, pricing inquiries, usage guidance, and order status updates.

Equipment Handling

You will be working with both branded and unbranded equipment, ensuring high standards of service and support.


Requirements
