Electrical Maintenance Technician Job Description

A skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician is required to join our team at A Select uk Ltd.

This exciting role involves carrying out corrective and preventative electrical & instrumentation maintenance, modifications, and assisting operations at our production facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in low voltage and electrical maintenance within production engineering, process plant, or live site industries. A strong understanding of DSEAR / ATEX regulations, HV, and High Voltage electrical systems is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical & instrumentation maintenance, modifications, and assisting operations
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless production

Requirements:

  • Good electrical maintenance experience
  • Engineering qualifications, such as NVQ level 3 or HNC electrical
  • Low voltage experience - essential
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
