Job Description

At ITL UK, we're shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing. As an Engineering Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in our team.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for supporting manufacturing engineering activities involved in Aero engine parts production from customer locations. This will involve collaborating with our onsite and offshore teams, resolving input issues, and coordinating governance calls with the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support CAPP & TeamCentre tasks
  • Technical Authoring (stage models / Characteristics Matrix etc.)
  • ME concession management support
  • Zero Defect journey
  • Support the NPI / Digital team with creating standard methods in CAPP and stage models in NX
  • Modification and improvement of standard technical instructions and associated documents across multiple engine projects
  • Assist with compiling First Article Inspection documentation to include ballooned drawings and FAI characteristic sheets
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in the Gas Turbine Domain, preferably in Aerospace. You should be well-versed in AS standards, UG NX, TeamCentre, and MS Office. Additionally, you'll need to have general ME skills on Build in Quality, PPAP, and FAIR's, as well as inspection planning and sound knowledge of GD&T and drawing interpretation.
