Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Huddersfield

Type: Days

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 DOE

Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Holidays, other benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and provide technical advice as required.
  2. Quote from our stock list and work with the procurement department to request RFQs from approved suppliers.
  3. Manage your pipeline and convert quotes to sales to achieve your sales targets.
  4. Raise POs with suppliers when needed and ensure the CRM, spreadsheets, and other documentation are up to date and issued correctly.
Requirements:
  1. Able to read data sheets and engineering drawings.
  2. Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Computer literate with Microsoft packages and previous experience of using a CRM system.
  4. Driven to hit sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
