Our facility has an opportunity for a Clinical Project Coordinator to become part of our team. In this role, you will oversee and propel the storage, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of clinical trial medications from our site.

Projects will differ in scale and intricacy, and your responsibilities will be adaptable as you support Global Project Management teams, multi-site initiatives, or lead project management activities for clients in this dynamic, quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be tasked with developing and managing comprehensive Project Plans that align with the milestones established and agreed upon with clients. You will manage projects that may span across various business lines or locations as assigned, serving as the primary contact for the client and facilitating responses to inquiries and feedback. You will lead discussions with both clients and internal teams to ensure project completion while adhering to timelines and budget constraints. You will notify the Finance department of milestone completions for billing purposes and will be the main point of contact for all project team and client communications. Acting as the client advocate, you will undertake additional responsibilities for the department, group, or site with support. You will be equipped to discuss all Catalent business services and represent Catalent at client meetings and conferences, collaborating with sales teams to secure new business. You may also support or lead Project Management teams, cross-site teams, or functional teams in departmental, site, or global project management initiatives. You will assist in mentoring and training other Project Managers and Project Coordinators as necessary and may provide training to other functions regarding project management processes and activities.

Candidate Qualifications

A solid understanding and experience in Project Management within the pharmaceutical industry is essential, along with excellent client-facing abilities and a commitment to meeting or exceeding client expectations throughout all project phases. The capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while demonstrating leadership, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills is crucial. A degree in a scientific discipline and/or relevant work experience is preferred. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing sectors is required. You should be able to work independently to meet deadlines and lead teams that may involve multiple locations, being comfortable in a multinational team setting with language requirements as needed. A consistent desire to meet and surpass client expectations is essential, along with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
