Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team at Case Management Cymru Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting a young lady with cerebral palsy to live her life to the fullest.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, working 20 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern of 8.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our client, enabling her to participate in community activities, such as cinema trips, bowling, and shopping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to our client, including hoisting and transfers
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Accompany our client to community activities and events
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet our client's needs
  • Work collaboratively with our client's occupational therapist and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license and use of a car
  • Experience of supporting individuals with cerebral palsy or similar conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
