Position Overview: Bradcare Limited is seeking to recruit a Care Management Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee and assist with the scheduling of care staff, manage essential administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your primary objective will be to meet the needs of our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit sufficient personnel to deliver our services effectively.
- Ensure compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in the on-call escalation rota.
- Execute daily operations to guarantee high-quality service delivery to clients and staff.
- Maintain and update internal software systems.
- Conduct audits of internal systems to ensure data integrity.
- Provide support to team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing care plans.
- Familiarity with rostering software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of home care and caregiving practices.
- Experience in recruitment or within the health and social care sector.
- Pragmatic approach and a positive attitude.
- Driving license is not a requirement.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year in providing care (required).
- At least 1 year in an office environment.
- 1 year of administrative experience.
