We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Radiologist to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert radiology services, including reporting sessions and MDT cover across a range of urological specialties. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and provide the UroRadiology services within the Department and ensure the development of the service under the guidance of the clinical lead.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services, including cross-sectional reporting, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and provide UroRadiology services within the Department.
- Participate in MDT cover and prep-time, as well as working with other urology MDTs to broaden clinical skill base and provide cover.
- Contribute to the development of the service under the guidance of the clinical lead.
- Full GMC registration.
- Relevant CCT or equivalent.
- Entry on the GMC specialist register or eligibility for entry within 6 months of the date of AAC.
- FRCR or appropriate specialist qualification.
- Research Doctorate: PhD, MD(res) or equivalent.
At least one year of recognised sub-specialty training in Uro Radiology.
Skills and Abilities:- Ability to perform a broad range of diagnostic uroradiology.
- Independence in acute and emergency radiology.
- Experience of general diagnostic and oncology imaging.
