Job Title: Security Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all visitors and contractors to the site, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
- Input data onto the ANPR system to allow vehicles onto site, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail.
- Conduct CCTV patrols of the site, as well as foot and vehicle patrols, to maintain a high level of security and vigilance.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, management, and visitors, providing a welcoming and secure environment.
Requirements:
- Current and valid SIA licence and First Aid qualification.
- Experience working within a security team, with proven communication skills and excellent team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised at times.
