About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to work at our client's prestigious site in Elton, near Chester. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security and customer service to our clients and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet all visitors and contractors to the site, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
- Input data onto the ANPR system to allow vehicles onto site, utilizing your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Conduct CCTV patrols of the site and foot and vehicle patrols, ensuring the security and integrity of the premises.
- Work collaboratively with the security team to maintain a high level of security and customer service.
- Hold a current and valid SIA licence and First Aid qualification, demonstrating your commitment to your role and the security industry.
- Proven experience working within a security team, with excellent communication and team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff, management, visitors, and contractors.
- Ability to work unsupervised at times, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
