  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and refreshers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cafe, restrooms, and outdoor seating area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, manage cash handling, and maintain a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
