Position: IAM Consultant

Salary Range: 45k - 60k (dependent on experience)

We are collaborating with a leading Consultancy renowned for its innovative technology solutions and adaptable approach to business challenges. This role offers the chance to engage with various client sites and provide expert guidance on best practices.

The primary responsibilities of this position involve the design, construction, and deployment of identity management frameworks and tools.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the expanding Identity and Access Management team, where you will lead projects, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact on operational efficiency for both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities of the IAM Consultant

  • Resolve end-user challenges and address application-related issues.
  • Implement modifications following established procedures.
  • Design and deploy identity management solutions.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business units to ensure effective delivery, including:
  • Reviewing and analyzing proposed technical solutions and business workflows to determine suitable security measures.
  • Offering input and direction on security-related technical architecture and design choices.
  • Conducting code reviews for features and critical security components.
  • Identifying and assessing relevant risks to systems and processes concerning the desired security posture.

Qualifications for IAM Consultant

  • 3-5 years of experience with Okta, Ping, SailPoint (or similar tools) along with consulting and delivery expertise.
  • Robust technical knowledge in networking, cloud security, scripting, and coding.
  • Strong understanding of PAM and Identity governance.
  • A keen interest in learning within a dynamic organization that is at the forefront of innovation in the banking sector.
  • Experience in client-facing roles related to delivery and consulting.
