Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in residential property management to take on a challenging role with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large and complex residential schemes, taking a hands-on approach to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage high-level contractor relationships, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works, including fire safety and cladding remediation projects.
  • Oversee staffing structures, recruitment planning, training, and onboarding, as well as reviewing and implementing staffing manuals and SOPs.

About the Role:

This Estate Manager position will be based at a high-end residential development, working with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property management, with experience in managing large and complex schemes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estate Manager in a residential property management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
