Job Description

We are seeking Support Workers to work in a small Supported Living facility for our client Praxis Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and be able to provide support with daily living tasks, attend appointments, and plan activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and house duties
  • Attend appointments and plan activities with the service user
  • Work alongside the service user to encourage independence and create a person-centered plan
  • Work evening and weekend shifts, including night duty

Requirements

  • 3 months experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with learning disabilities
  • NISCC registration or willingness to apply
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts
