Our personalised supported living and outreach service for adults (18-65) with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs is currently searching for multiple people to help enhance our excellent team.

We have vacancies across the following roles:

- Flexi (Bank) work
- Part time
- Full time

Our Thanet services are located in:

- Margate
- Ramsgate

Seeds Care aim is to provide support which develops Service Users’ skills in order for them to live meaningful, empowered and enjoyable lives, reaching their full potential.

**We are happy to interview those who are new to care and looking for a new career, however, we would also love to hear from applicants who have experience with**:

- Learning Disabilities
- Autism and /or Asperger’s
- Providing structure and consistent boundaries
- Supporting independence and daily living skills, as well as community-based activities
- Supporting effective social communication
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience with non-verbal communication
- Experience working with ADHD
- Competent, confident and proactive with lone working
- Understanding the impact of Trauma

**Successful applicants will be able to work on a flexible basis for short and long days, every other weekend, waking nights and sleep ins.**

- Supported Living: 1 year (preferred)
- Learning Disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (preferred)

Work Location: In person
