Estimator and Senior Estimator

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Estimator to assist in completing construction projects by providing cost estimates. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with subcontractors, preparing detailed analytical tenders, and maintaining a library of pricing and outputs data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure bids are received and work with project management teams to follow up on bids and budgets.
- Prepare or coordinate full estimates on complex and large projects as required by client or customer documents.
- Obtain bids from subcontractors, negotiate estimates and tenders, and ensure correctness and accuracy by reviewing estimates.
- Maintain a library of pricing and outputs data and assist with the management of production.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong main contractor construction background and experience managing projects from £5million to £50million across various sectors. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills.
