Associate Director, Asset Management

Norse Consulting is a national, award-winning property consultancy delivering high-profile commissions to a range of public and private sector clients across the UK. About the Role

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in managing property professionals and technical staff specializing in property management and the provision of valuation and estates management services. You will provide inspirational leadership, management, and direction in a manner consistent with the Group values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in managing property professionals and technical staff
  • Provide inspirational leadership, management, and direction
  • Ensure effective day-to-day management and provide robust performance management of the team
  • Work in conjunction with clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies
  • Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on all property issues
  • Ensure the valuation team business plan and financial targets are achieved
  • Manage and resource work effectively, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related discipline
  • Previous experience in managing a team and/or management responsibilities
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel to different offices outside of Norwich
