- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people, understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse, and trauma.
- Forward-thinking attitude to crisis response, remaining calm and collected in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
