Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team at beBee Professionals in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring targets are met while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support the team to meet performance targets and goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Communication and Feedback: Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.

  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of new team members.

Requirements:
