We are seeking a dedicated BD Support apprentice to assist in delivering outstanding IT consulting and customer service solutions. If you have a keen interest in technology and enjoy engaging with various devices and systems, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT consulting and customer assistance for both mobile and desktop platforms
- Support on-site audiovisual systems and field service solutions
- Manage user administration and customer support applications
- Install and set up hardware and software
- Assist with Office 365 administration and upkeep
- Troubleshoot IT issues through phone, remote access, or in-person support
- Maintain asset documentation and aid in the rollout of new IT processes
- Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and listening abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new technologies and enhance processes
- Exhibit enthusiasm and motivation for innovation
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a resident of the UK and have lived in the EU or UK for the last three years
- Not currently enrolled in full-time education or another apprenticeship
- Applicants should possess Level 2 qualifications in Maths & English or be working towards them during the program
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
