About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our Localities structure, you will play a crucial role in managing ASB cases proactively and swiftly, working alongside our specialist Tenancy Enforcement team.

As a Housing Officer, you will investigate and take action against cases of subletting, abandonments, or any other suspected tenancy fraud, acting swiftly in line with our policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage ASB cases, working closely with the Tenancy Enforcement team
  • Investigate and take action against suspected tenancy fraud, including subletting and abandonments
  • Prepare and serve legal documents, including Acceptable Behaviour Agreements and Notice of Seeking Possession
  • Produce witness statements and other relevant documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
