Role Overview
As a Guest Services Associate, you
will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service within the Front Office Department.
Your responsibilities will encompass assisting guests with their luggage from the moment they arrive at the hotel.
Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering requested items to guests during their stay, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Upon guest departure, you will assist with their luggage to their chosen mode of transport, such as a vehicle or taxi.

You will have the chance to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing outstanding service to all guests.
To support your success in this role, comprehensive training will be provided in all front-of-house operations and safety protocols.
By becoming a Guest Services Associate, you will join a friendly team of 150 professionals. Our hotel features 630 spacious accommodations and 33 dedicated spaces for conferences, meetings, and events, making it one of the most versatile venues in the area.
Required Qualifications- Proficient in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of a second language is advantageous).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - A collaborative team player.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead by example.
- A service-oriented personality is essential; prior experience is beneficial.
- Ability to initiate contact and build rapport effortlessly.
- Capable of organizing time and tasks efficiently.
- Must possess legal eligibility to work in the UK.
