We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Social Housing Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our committed team at Howells Solutions Limited.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Social Housing Maintenance Specialist, your primary focus will be on the upkeep and enhancement of social housing units.

Your key duties will involve:
- Executing repair and maintenance tasks across various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
- Addressing service requests promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring all tasks are performed to exceptional quality standards and adhere to applicable regulations.
