About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Management Assessor to join our team. As a Hospitality Management Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3/4, including Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management.
- Support and deliver Functional Skills Maths and English training.
- Travel throughout Norfolk to deliver training and assessment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Experience of working as a Front of House Manager in a Hotel setting.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality (desirable).
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel and work in a field-based role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £31,500 - £33,500 (dependent on qualifications).
- Excellent holiday entitlement and mileage allowance.
