The ideal applicant will possess a solid foundation in Facilities Maintenance and demonstrate a successful history in mechanical maintenance within commercial environments. Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee mechanical systems
  • Manage Pumps, Motors, Seals, and Bearings
  • Maintain Air Conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Conduct Water Treatment checks (temperature monitoring, non-dosing)
  • Perform Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets and replacing taps
  • Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Execute basic electrical tasks (lamp replacements)
  • Address general building maintenance needs
  • Assist specialist subcontractors as needed
Qualifications
  • Mechanical qualifications - City & Guilds Level 2/3
  • Ability to provide trade certification documentation
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial maintenance
  • DBS Clearance
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
