A prestigious maintenance contractor is seeking to appoint a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at a prominent site.

This role involves managing all aspects of maintenance for both base building and tenant areas, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are met.

The successful candidate will lead a team of three engineers and will be responsible for the daily maintenance operations on site.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
  • Participating in client meetings and preparing detailed reports.
  • Supervising staff and managing subcontractors effectively.

The position operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.

This site is dynamic and requires a seasoned supervisor who is comfortable handling both hands-on tasks and administrative duties during emergencies.

The compensation package includes:
  • Competitive salary up to 55k, commensurate with experience.
