Company Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients. They are currently looking for a skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer to join their team for a twelve-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
- End-to-end implementation, integrations (both, out-of-the-box and custom) and configuration of various modules of ServiceNow, including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, and Orchestration.
- Creation of solution architecture design documents (High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD)) and data models.
- Setup of Mid-Servers and other technical prerequisites.
- Creation of implementation strategies and roadmaps, mapping business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Creation of test cases and acceptance criteria.
- ServiceNow installation & commissioning, including implementation, integrations, documentations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria definition, tracking, and remediation.
- ServiceNow configuration and population, including configuration of data collection, software vendor onboarding, discrepancy reporting/interfaces, and SAM Management Information (MI) reports.
- Integration of third-party on-premise and cloud systems.
- Creation of Definitive Media Library (DML), including unsupported versions, creating standard operating procedure for DML.
- Identification and deployment of ITOM agents and/or discovery capabilities.
- Hardware contracts and software license entitlement import and license configurations, including custom license metrics.
- Perform reconciliation to ascertain usage and compliance positions are accurate and complete.
- Develop reclamation/re-harvesting rules.
- ServiceNow customizations, such as custom license metrics, custom tables, reports, and dashboards aligned to key HAM and SAM roles/personas.
- Support with the design and implementation/automation of SAM and HAM processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
- ServiceNow maintenance and monitoring, including implementation of updates, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
Applicants should have experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and ITIL frameworks is essential. SC Cleared status is mandatory.
