Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized care plans, motivating and coordinating the caregiving team, and participating in the orientation and training of new staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for residents
  • Motivate and coordinate the caregiving team to ensure excellence in care delivery
  • Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members as required
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and secure medication records
  • Provide unparalleled medical and palliative care consistently

Requirements:

  • Valid nursing qualification – RGN or RMN - with an active NMC PIN
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Passionate about delivering top-notch elderly care
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards of care
  • Prior experience in a similar healthcare environment is essential
  • Minimum of 6 months' nursing experience
