Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tewv Brits. As a Clinical Lead for our Female Adult Mental Health Ward, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to a core team of staff and working with patients to provide high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Work with patients to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working with people with mental health needs
  • Experience in clinical supervision and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
