Key Responsibilities of the Strategic Finance Partner:


Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist the Senior FP&A Manager in developing and updating budget and forecast models during quarterly budget cycles. Strive to become the divisional expert by creating and refining reports that deliver valuable business insights.


Monthly Financial Review:
Support in conducting monthly profit and loss review meetings with senior stakeholders, ensuring thorough and accurate financial analysis.


Business Partnering:
Collaborate with regional management to meet their reporting and modeling needs, working closely with Operational Finance to provide comprehensive profit and loss analysis.


Acquisition Integration:
Assist in the integration of new acquisitions by developing a robust profit and loss model based on the business case, ensuring consistency in reporting across all platforms.


FP&A Software Utilization:
Effectively leverage FP&A reporting software and provide recommendations for enhancements to improve reporting processes.


Ideal Candidate for the Strategic Finance Partner Role:
ACCA/ACA/CIMA fully qualified or nearing completion of studies from practice or industry. Excellent IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated self-motivation and eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Information:
