Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MP Recruitment Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products from goods inwards inspection to the final inspection stage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Facilitate a culture of quality throughout production by facilitating daily meetings with the manufacturing team, managing internal issues, promoting process compliance, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
    • Develop and run a strategic goods inwards quality inspection process to ensure incoming materials meet required specifications, while ensuring continuity of supply to production.
    • Record and track all quality-related issues, and develop a reporting structure to enable timely resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to communicate quality defects affecting production, with timely resolution.
    • Provide quality data to support the implementation of corrective actions with the manufacturing engineering team.
  • Quality Assurance Database Management
    • Maintain and update the company Quality Assurance database with the overall target objective of reducing internal and external quality-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
