We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Officer to join our family-run Building Services SME in Leicestershire on a part-time basis, working across three days. This role requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage both site and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update safety records as necessary.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures to foster a secure working environment.
- Conduct investigations into incidents and propose measures to mitigate future risks.
- Create and deliver training programs and toolbox talks to enhance employee awareness and safety practices.
- Stay informed about industry standards and regulatory changes affecting workplace safety.
