About the Role

As a Home-Based Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to existing clients in the Cheshire area, assisting them with their remortgage needs. You will work closely with a dedicated telephone team to generate pre-qualified mortgage appointments, and liaise directly with clients to schedule consultations at their convenience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice and valuable protection products to clients in Cheshire
  • Collaborate with the telephone team to generate pre-qualified mortgage appointments
  • Liaise directly with clients to schedule consultations and provide exceptional service
What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary of £27,000 - £29,000, a car allowance, and uncapped commission potential ranging from 10% to 25%, with an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000. You will also benefit from a supportive team environment, receiving pre-qualified leads and a current conversion rate of over 60%.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and protection solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
