**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Designer to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Senior Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective packaging designs that align with our brand strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design team to develop creative packaging concepts that meet our brand's aesthetic and messaging goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, consumer engagement, and packaging development, to ensure seamless execution of packaging designs.
  • Present and communicate design concepts to internal stakeholders, including senior-level creatives and executives.
  • Manage the design process from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in packaging, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and sustainability in our packaging designs.

Requirements:

  • BA in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in packaging and graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.
  • Strong technical understanding of packaging development, including experience working with different materials and print processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with 3D rendering software is a plus.
