Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing effective planning methodologies by proactively identifying constraints and systematizing feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and refine the planning framework for your designated area, ensuring clarity on risks, opportunities, and priorities to meet established deadlines.
- Maintain or establish specific performance indicators, including variance analysis and its implications on critical project timelines, and propose corrective actions or mitigation strategies.
- Engage in planning routines with clients on-site, facilitating workshops with all relevant stakeholders to manage activities effectively.
- Advocate for and enhance best planning practices within the High-Performance Computing (HPC) team and the broader planning community.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with 2-5 years of experience in project planning, particularly in complex and technical projects. Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in project control, including planning, cost management, and risk assessment, particularly in the context of industrial plant construction using Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with international project management standards such as PMP, Prince2, and IPMA.
