Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
An exceptional opportunity is available for a talented Business Development Executive to become a part of our Blakemore Trade Partners Team. This role focuses on enhancing our presence in the retail sector. You will be tasked with fostering relationships with our current clientele, implementing Trade Partner strategies, and ensuring compliance with A.F. Blakemore's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop retail business strategies and operational objectives in partnership with retailers.
- Evaluate retailer performance and ensure compliance with SPAR standards.
- Address financial challenges and assist retailers with new SPAR initiatives.
- Establish robust relationships with retailers and proactively identify potential challenges impacting their operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department on various initiatives.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Understanding of Retail Operations
- Enthusiasm for Retail and exceptional customer service
- Self-driven with experience in Field Management
Desirable:
- Business Degree or equivalent qualification
- Background in Retail Management
