Job Opportunity: Care Home Manager

An exceptional care home in the Builth Wells, Wales area is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to join their team. As a leading healthcare provider, they offer a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of experienced staff in delivering high-quality care to residents with dementia, palliative care, and Parkinson's disease.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage resources effectively, including financial performance and occupancy levels.
  4. Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements:

  1. Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  2. Have experience in care home management, preferably with a focus on person-centred care.
  3. Be able to work closely with residents, assessing their needs and delivering high-quality care.
  4. Provide exceptional leadership, role modelling, and inspirational skills to motivate the team.
