About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Potens, a national provider of health, social, and education services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, and autism in our 8-bedroom residential service located in Llandudno Junction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their activities and interests, both within the service and in the community.
  • Provide limited personal care, with a focus on prompting and assistance.
  • Work independently, multitask, and prioritize duties to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including waking nights, and cover annual leave/sickness.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a positive, motivated attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our residents.
