About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electronic Monitoring Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to provide support during daily tasks
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Requirements
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Ability to work a 37.5-hour full-time schedule with variable shift patterns
  • Own vehicle and business insurance
  • BPSS clearance and willingness to obtain DBS clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
