Client Relationship Manager / Senior Client Relationship Manager – Innovative Marketing Solutions - Healthcare Sector

In light of our expanding portfolio and the acquisition of new clients, KnoWho is seeking a Client Relationship Manager or Senior Client Relationship Manager. Our agency excels in innovative marketing solutions tailored for the healthcare and medical sectors.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for STEM, medical, or healthcare communications, although any relevant agency experience will be considered valuable. The ideal candidate should be ready to contribute effectively from day one.

Having experienced significant growth recently, our team is poised for an exciting trajectory. We are currently a dynamic group of professionals and have recently upgraded to a modern office environment that supports our expansion.

Our expertise spans various domains including Event Management (both live and virtual), Software Development & Design (digital and print), Digital Marketing (Content Creation, Social Media, PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Video & Audio Production), Branding, Advertising, Sustainability Initiatives, and Public Relations. We continuously seek to explore new markets and stay ahead of trends to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and account management – leveraging your growing expertise in the healthcare sector, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding work that meets or surpasses client expectations.
  • Support the growth and development of the team and its members.
  • Marketing and communications – utilizing your knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies for the healthcare sector, you will collaborate with our broader team to develop exceptional client projects.
  • Relationship building – you will enjoy fostering relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance accounts and deliver additional value.
  • Effective communication – as a primary contact for our clients, it is crucial to keep both the team and clients informed about project progress, while actively contributing to project and account work.
  • Time management – your strong organizational skills will aid you in managing multiple projects across various client accounts.
  • Consistency – you will apply your previous experience and proactive approach to consistently achieve excellent outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should be confident in managing and prioritizing multiple projects. You should be equally adept at working collaboratively within a team and independently.

Compensation ranges from £28-37K for Client Relationship Manager and £38-45K for Senior Client Relationship Manager. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced pension contributions, opportunities for training and career advancement, team-building activities, and a hybrid working model with a fully equipped home office setup.
