About the Role:

CaterShaw Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business levels and drive growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property valuations and instruct properties to the market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license.
