This consultancy, recognized for providing outstanding services across diverse sectors such as commercial, residential, and public domains, is eager to find a seasoned expert to lead their safety division.


Key Responsibilities of the Head of Safety Management:
Manage a team of 10-20 CDM Advisors and Principal Designers, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Ensure the implementation and adherence to CDM regulations, the latest BSA 2022 regulations, and safety standards across all projects.
Formulate and execute strategic safety initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections.
Offer expert guidance on safety regulations and best practices to clients and internal teams.
Facilitate safety training and professional development for team members.
Collaborate with senior management to enhance safety performance continuously.

Qualifications for the Head of Safety Management:
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Significant experience in a senior safety leadership position, ideally within a consultancy setting.
In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety management.
Capability to influence and promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
