Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Chalfont Careers Ltd. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, handling lettings from start to finish, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Deal with lets from start to finish, including accompanied viewings and coordinating move-ins
  • Register landlord and tenant enquiries and book relevant appointments
  • Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely communication
  • Co-ordinate move-ins and deal progression
  • Conduct inspections when required
Requirements:
  • A full driving licence
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word
  • A commitment to providing good customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Lettings
  • Good knowledge of legislation
  • ARLA qualified preferred, but not essential
