About The Lygon Arms Spa Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at The Lygon Arms, a luxurious hotel in the heart of Broadway village. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional treatments to our guests and members, ensuring smooth operation, record keeping, and client well-being, to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests and members, adhering to our standards and time guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a discreet, respectful, and confidential experience for all clients.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, educating clients on our products and services.
  • Upsell products during treatments, showcasing your enthusiasm and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve department goals, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Experience in providing high standards of face-to-face customer service and treatments.
  • Ideally Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a well-presented appearance.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28,038 per annum (£13.47 per hour) for a 40-hour week, with part-time hours available.
